Blackhawk Plaza is an elegant retail center situated int he heart of Blackhawk Estates and Country Club, and home to the famous Blackhawk Auto Museum and many other upscale shops and restraunts. This project consisted of a complete renovation and repaint of existing exterior and interior mall areas and the addition of new facades. Pad sites included a new commercial building and theater.

The largest Harley-Davidson store in the Northwest moved to its new  40,000 square foot 2 story building in Renton, WA. Washington Commercial Painters was there to provide all interior and exterior coatings for their exposed steel.

Coach is a brand identified with polished style and excellent workmanship. This project required perfection in all areas pertaining to this refresh of their retail stores. We were responsible for all interior coatings including their shelving, cabinetry and all public retail spaces.

Completed in 1999, the two-story Galleria Roseville Mall project encompassed about 800,000 square feet of public area, where Turman Commercial Painters provided finishes.

Great Mall in Milpitas, CA is a premier shopping location with over 225 stores including all the manufacturer and retail outlets that have come to meet our shopping needs. Turman Commercial Painters repainted all the mall’s interior corridors which totaled a mile in length. Before painting each night, we would put down a triple layer of protection to all the surfaces that were not intended to be painted. When we left each morning, it looked as if we hadn’t been there and every store could open for business as usual which they we able to do without interruption throughout the life of the project.

This project involved the rebranding of 360 retail stores in most of the Western States in an eight week period.

The CVS project was a fast paced rebranding of eight Long's Drugs to CVS stores in Southern California. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all the interior coatings for this rebranding project.

The completion of Bellevue’s new Jaguar Land Rover dealership incorporated high-end painting finishes including custom metallic paint in the stairwells, woven fabric wallcovering in the showroom, and textured acrylic flat for the exterior. WCP crews also stained and finished the T&G ceiling to complete the luxurious feel of this stylish dealership.

In the completion of this 15,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership, WCP applied interior wallcoverings; stained the interior, open-structure ceiling; as well as painted the exterior of the building.

When Pier 1 Imports built its second West Coast distribution center, a 451,151-square-foot warehouse in Dupont, Washington, WCP came onboard to apply texture coatings to all exterior surfaces. The interior finishes included stained glu lam beams and trusses, wall coverings and epoxy floor coating in the battery storage rooms. In addition, WCP laid out and line striped 80,000 lineal feet of warehouse floor lines.

This project required close communication with the designer to make sure the colors and locations were just right.

In repainting the interior of this busy, existing Sprint retail store, WCP crews followed an after hours work schedule to allow business as usual during the day. In addition to basic commercial re-painting, WCP added an accent wall color to modernize and energize the store.
