Natomas East Gateway Tower - LEED Gold
Sacramento, CA

Natomas East Gateway Tower is a 320,000 square foot 12 story office building in downtown Sacramento perfectly situated on the I-80 and I-5 corridor. The building was awarded certification for LEED for Core & Shell by the US Green Building Council and once completed will be the first privately funded and owned LEED Gold certified project in Northern CA. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for LEED compliant coatings on roof tops, photo-voltaic canopies, frame, generator, electrical rooms, stair wells and all interior wall coverings.

Lawrence Livermore National Lab, NIF Project - LEED
Livermore, CA

The world’s largest and highest-energy laser was certified to operate by the U.S. Department of Energy on March 27, 2009. In 2010, NIF will focus the intense energy of 192 giant laser beams on a BB-sized target filled with hydrogen fuel — fusing, or igniting, the hydrogen atoms’ nuclei in the world’s first controlled thermonuclear reaction. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for painting a 40’x40’ sign on the reactors exterior shell, just in time for its historical commissioning.

Campus for Jewish Life - LEED
Palo Alto, CA

The Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life is a beautiful community complex of 12 buildings in the heart of Palo Alto, CA. It includes a world-class community center, residential living, condominiums, senior care living, classrooms, learning center, performing arts center, theater, athletic facilities, gymnasium, pool and aquatics center. Turman Commercial Painters was brought on to handle all interior and exterior coatings for this highly anticipated new construction primarily using zero VOC coating making this center a premier LEED project.

Juvenile Detention Center - LEED GOLD
San Leandro, CA

This new Juvenile Justice Center is a state of the art facility that includes a 360 bed Juvenile Hall in San Leandro, CA. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior and exterior wall coatings using standard interior paint, acrylic epoxies, D.T.M. coatings and exterior elastomeric coatings. Furthermore, our use of zero VOC coatings make this project LEED green building compliant.

UC Berkeley, Clark Kerr - LEED
Berkeley, CA

The Clark Kerr Campus is a Spanish mission style complex consisting of both residence hall and suite accommodations. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior coatings for buildings 2,3 and 4 in this renovation effort using zero VOC coatings by Kelly Moore.

Kendall Jackson - LEED
American Canyon, CA

Turman painted both the interior and exterior of this 650k sq. ft. state of the art Kendall Jackson warehouse. Turman contributed to this project's LEED Silver Certification by using low VOC elastomeric coatings on the textured exterior.

Sprint - LEED
Various Cities, WA, OR, CA

In repainting the interior of this busy, existing Sprint retail store, WCP crews followed an after hours work schedule to allow business as usual during the day. In addition to basic commercial re-painting, WCP added an accent wall color to modernize and energize the store.
