Suncadia is a vibrant, resort community nestled in the midst of the Wenatchee National Forest. WCP’s quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in their work on both the interior and exterior of the Inn helped enhance the resort’s atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The Inn’s design draws on the area’s mining heritage embellished with luxurious touches exhibited in extras such as WCP’s custom stain and lacquer finish work on doors, trim, and wood trusses and beams.
The renovation of this well-appointed and conveniently located hotel in Bellevue, Washington had many time constraints and budget limitations that required WCP to perform multiple duties outside the usual scope of a painting contractor. WCP placed extensive scaffolding within the hotel’s seven-story glass atrium in order to demolish the existing wall decorations and repair and apply new textured coatings and finishes on various levels. As part of the total lobby re-model, the crews restored existing oak paneling, doors and trim in the ballrooms and pre-function areas. WCP also applied Duroplex plaster finishes in new European style restaurant. The work was completed on time and performed while the hotel was occupied.

This project involved a complete makeover of the historic Claremont Hotel in downtown Seattle. WCP provided interior finishes in all of the guestrooms, corridors, lobby and banquet room. We also updated the exterior finishes for the owner.
The StoneTree Clubhouse reflects the classic Old Marin Architecture. Turman Commercial Painters was called to restore exterior shingles and apply a new finish.

This project involved a complete makeover of over 250 rooms in this 16 story hotel. Oregon Commercial Painters worked with one of the largest contractors in the northwest, Hoffman Construction Co., to provide interior finishes including painting & wall covering in all of the guestrooms, corridors, lobby and banquet rooms.
This project involved 44 new units added to the elegant resort of Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, WA. Oregon Commercial Painters worked with Robertson & Olson to meticulously stain all interior & exterior wood sidings, millwork & logs. Along with the painting and wallcovering of guestrooms, corridors, lobby and banquet rooms in this beautiful rustic lodge.
The mission-Ronald McDonald House at Stanford provides a home-away-from-home and support for all families of children with life-threatening illnesses receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. As a company and a team of people we are honored to be involved in this project.
This project involved a complete repaint of walls, ceilings, base, chair rail, crown moulding and other misc. trim. WCP also installed new wallcovering in the elevator lobby including a beautiful woven leather material.
