John Noble serves as the Vice President of Washington Commercial Painters (“WCP”) and Oregon Commercial Painters (“OCP”), affiliates of Turman Commercial Painters. He has been working in the industry since 1974 when he worked as a painter for his family’s painting business. He founded WCP in 1996 and joined forces with Dave Theobald in 2001. He worked as a painting foreman for fifteen years prior to starting his own venture. He also owned and operated a commercial fishing business in Alaska for fifteen years.
Based out of the Kirkland, Washington office, John has direct oversight over all operations in Washington and Oregon and works with the Company’s leadership team to serve its nationwide expansion.
A Bay Area native, John has completed Dale Carnegie Training and the FMI Leadership Institute for the Construction Industry. He serves on the Construction Industry Training Council (CITC) Apprentice Committee Board and on the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Pacific Northwest Chapter. John is married and has three daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. His two eldest daughters work alongside him in Washington. John has been very involved coaching all levels of girls fast pitch softball. All three of his daughters played at the collegiate level. John is also an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.
